As well as processing the walnuts, we also grow, harvest and dehydrate them ourselves. In fact, walnuts are all we do. Just came naturally, I suppose, being raised around nuts our whole lives. You can also find here other nuts as well, locally grown pistachios, and cashews when available. In the future I would like to add more nutty products. Walnuts were considered to be food of the Gods in early Rome, named Juglans Regia in honor of Jupiter. Nowadays, they are Americas favorite baking nut, and have a wide variety of uses. Walnuts are high in fiber, protein, low in sodium, and cholesterol free.

Tulare is located in central California, and Tulare County is surpassed only by neighboring Fresno County in agricultural production. As well, we are home to the largest Farm show in the world. All of our walnuts are inspected by the DFA of California, and certified by the California Walnut Marketing board, so you can be assured of quality and grading.
